Troubleshooting

All I see is a red cross in the top corner of a grey box.

A: You need to download the newest version of Java. Ask an Adult first

• Windows XP: Most Windows computers come with Java already installed, but some versions of Windows XP don't. If you use Windows XP and you see a blank space where a game is supposed to be, you may not have Java installed at all. To fix it, download and install Java.

A. You may also need to download Flash. Flash is used on may sites these days and so it is a good idea to have it installed on your computer
